So, deadlines have passed and over 10,000 organisations have published their reports. 1500 organisations have not reported on the pay gap between men and women at work. So far findings show that three quarters of organisations pay men more than women.Reporting pay gaps in companies with over 250 employees is the first step to improving pay equality.
